FREE EXHIBITOR ADMISSION

2008 brings some exciting changes for our 31st Antique Machinery, Truck  Show.

Building on last year's momentum, the "Northeast Coalition of the AMCA", comprised of six northeastern chapters of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA), has rented the entire Fairgrounds for the weekend of June 13-15  from 8AM to 5PM to host AMCA's "Rhinebeck Grand National Super Meet" Swap Meet & Show. The "Rhinebeck Grand National Super Meet" is the largest antique motorcycle meet in the USA; tens of thousands of spectators are expected and many will view our antique machinery displays. The Century Museum Village & Collectors Association (CMVCA) and the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the Antique Truck Club of America (ATCA) have been invited to participate.

The rental of the Fairgrounds is a major expense to the AMCA; therefore, a general spectator gate admission of $15 per day, $25 for a three day pass (under 13 free) will be charged. Exhibitors of antique machinery, trucks and motorcycles will be admitted free, Also if you are working at the meet or museum there is no gate fee.

CMVCA, ATCA and AMCA members who come as spectators (not exhibitors)

will be admitted at a discounted admission of $ 10.00 per day or $ 15.00 for a 3 day admission pass (children under 13 are FREE). A current membership card must be shown at the gate to receive the discount. (Please see the last page of your March 2008 Newsletter for your “member discount coupon" on it.)

Vendors will be charged $50 and merchandise must be directly hobby related. Show

chairmen have the right to determine what is acceptable merchandise.

The antique machinery and truck exhibits will again be held at the same location, the racetrack infield.

Tractor pulls will not be held this year.

Pets are not allowed on the Fairgrounds (Fair policy).

Please see our website at: www.cmvca.org or the AMCA website at www.rhinebecknationalmeet.com where there are pictures of the 2007 show.
